Rahul Shah has over 15 years of experience as an accomplished CFO and COO. He has an extensive background in Financial planning, Sales Analytics and Operational Management. He was most recently the CFO for Global Industry Verticals managing a $8B+ P&L at CSC and was also responsible for setting up a Global COE for Revenue and Sales Analytics.
Seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience, Sunil manages the entire technology piece at ForecastEra. He has managed several large scale projects and is able to accurately devise technological solutions for complex use cases.
A business builder & operational leader with proven executive management performance in domestic and international technology organizations ranging from $5B to $24B, managing revenue goals of up to $150M, operational budgets of up to $12M, and capital expense budgets of up to $1M. A capable mentor and manager, having a proven track record of attracting, recruiting, and mentoring teams of up to 350 and establishing the infrastructure that has repeatedly resulted in accelerated performance, driven multi-million-dollar growth, leading to increased shareholder value. A transformational leader with a continuous improvement mentality and the ability to engage employees at all levels by elevating and training product knowledge, process excellence, and instituting cultures of excellence. Widely considered a key strategic player and regularly called upon by stakeholders to provide thought leadership in the creation, development, and implementation of mission-critical initiatives with global implications.
Amar Pai has thirty plus years of experience as a CFO, COO, Sales Ops Leader and General Manager in the IT and Communications industries. Most recently he was the CFO of the $9B+ commercial sector of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Prior to joining CSC, Amar was at Avaya Communications ($5B) as its Acting CFO prior to the company going private. After the company went private, he held several key roles including leading global turn-around initiatives focusing on sales and profitability growth, VP of Corporate Strategy, and General Manager of the company’s Central & Eastern European Region based in Germany. He spent his formative years at Unisys as the lead of International FP&A, CFO’s of Latin America, Europe/Africa, Asia/Pacific, and eventually the CFO of Global Sales & Services.
Chet is our Vice President of Sales & Customer Success and is responsible for ForecastEra’s growth strategy. Chet is passionate about driving customer success and engagement using technology as a means. He brings a unique prespective due to his experience in Finance, Technology and Sales roles throughout his career. Previously, Chet has held Sales Leadership positions at Dell Virtustream, IBM and Unisys.

Logan Smith’s technical career started when he was hired as a Lab Technician and a tutor at his community college when he was only 14 years old. In the last 20 plus years, Logan has worked in a variety of industries but has had a focus on Salesforce for the last ten. His portfolio includes everything from architecture that supports cities to the management of the teams that support one of the largest regional banks in America. As a technical strategist and enterprise architect, Logan takes a wholistic view of an enterprise in order to ensure that the solutions provided are efficient and extensible. Logan is a proven leader that focuses on mentorship as the key to both internal and external success.

Logan grew up in Ohio but has lived all over the United States. He also lived in Ireland and Mexico for a period of time before finally returning to Ohio with his wife of 20 years and their two children. Logan’s favorite sport is chess, as long as he’s able to play in person. He also enjoys swimming, hiking with his family, and rock climbing.

Over 24 years of corporate planning, strategy, transaction banking, channel/distribution management as well as business intelligence experience with various multinational firms including Citibank, HSBC, and ABN AMRO Bank.
In his last role, Nadim headed the Strategy and Business Intelligence units including preparation of 5-Year Business & Strategy Plans, AOPs, KPIs, Scorecards. Worked with CEO and Department Heads to identify suitable strategies for long-term profitability. With HSBC, Nadim drove and implemented an e-Business strategy for the Middle East along with management of commercial e-Channels. Responsible for improving ratio of revenue generated through e-Channels, cost to service by customer group & increasing overall transactions.
Nadim is currently heading the Analytics division at ForecastEra. Nadim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Karachi with major in Accounting and Finance. Nadim is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA).
