Logan Smith’s technical career started when he was hired as a Lab Technician and a tutor at his community college when he was only 14 years old. In the last 20 plus years, Logan has worked in a variety of industries but has had a focus on Salesforce for the last ten. His portfolio includes everything from architecture that supports cities to the management of the teams that support one of the largest regional banks in America. As a technical strategist and enterprise architect, Logan takes a wholistic view of an enterprise in order to ensure that the solutions provided are efficient and extensible. Logan is a proven leader that focuses on mentorship as the key to both internal and external success.
Logan grew up in Ohio but has lived all over the United States. He also lived in Ireland and Mexico for a period of time before finally returning to Ohio with his wife of 20 years and their two children. Logan’s favorite sport is chess, as long as he’s able to play in person. He also enjoys swimming, hiking with his family, and rock climbing.
Daniel Sieff is Chief Customer Success Officer at ForecastEra. Daniel will help lead the focus on customer retention, customer service, and building customer relationships. He will help unite the executive team with a customer-centric vision so that all departments work together to support this viewpoint and deliver a consistent experience.
Daniel joined ForecastEra from Citrix, where he served as an Executive Customer Success Manager. In this capacity, he managed some of the largest strategic customers and helped build a discipline about delivering business value. Prior to Citrix, Daniel was a Director of Customer Success at Salesforce. Daniel has also held leadership roles at DXC, LivingSocial and Sprint.
An active community leader, Daniel has been a member of the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department for over 15, serving as an EMT and now as a liaison with county leaders.
Daniel is from London, England and moved to the US to pursue his passion in technology. He is married and has two grown boys who are both studying at college in the US. In his spare time he loves to go running, traveling and watching his beloved Arsenal play soccer.
Suresh is the Chief Product Officer at ForecastEra; in this role he oversees strategy, roadmap and execution of key ForecastEra products. He is responsible for driving AI and innovation agenda.
Prior to ForecastEra, Suresh was the SVP of Engineering at Aviso AI. He was instrumental in building Aviso’s conversational intelligence product. He also oversaw the effort of the bringing together of revenue, activity and conversational intelligence in a unified product offering. He co-founded two fin-tech companies. He has held various engineering and management roles at Accenture, Oracle, Payback in his 25 year career.
Suresh holds a Masters from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in Electrical Engineering. He lives in Bangalore with his wife and two children. In his spare time Suresh enjoys running, travelling and spending time with his family.
Jessica Lindberg is the Vice President of Marketing at ForecastEra. In this role, she oversees all external and internal marketing, branding, and communications initiatives for the company with an emphasis on driving brand awareness and demand.
Prior to ForecastEra, Jess led marketing and communications for Dovel Technologies where she built a high-powered marketing organization to expand awareness, increase customer demand, and connect the company’s 2,000 employees, ultimately supporting Dovel’s sale to Guidehouse in 2021. She has extensive experience working with companies of all sizes to develop integrated marketing strategies, increase brand recognition, mature marketing operations, and create insightful thought leadership. Jess has played an active role working alongside executive teams to drive corporate strategic plans. She has held roles with SpeakerBox Communication (now REQ), Audax Health (now Rally Health), HealthCentral (now Remedy Health Media), and Technology Advancement Group.
Jess graduated from East Carolina with a double concentration in public relations and journalism and a minor in English. She lives in Virginia with her husband, two children, and a 75-lb lap dog. In her spare time, Jess enjoys running marathons and traveling with her family.
Throughout his career, Adam has focused on helping innovative companies scale to become market leaders. Adam enjoys the challenges and successes of building new markets from the ground up with disruptive products. After graduating from Providence College (RI) in 2002 with a Marketing degree, Adam was an early employee of VitaminWater and helped the company become a global brand, eventually being acquired by Coca-Cola in 2006 for $4.5 Billion. Since then, Adam has been involved with multiple successful software exits helping Anaplan (IPO), and Celect (acquired by Nike) become market leaders.
Adam currently lives in Bethesda, MD, with his two daughters: Claire (11) and Brooke (9). Outside of work, Adam spends most of his time playing with his kids and 9-month-old puppy, Bean, a Bernese Mountain Dog.
In 2017, Adam was inducted into the Gonzaga College High School (Washington, DC) Athletic Hall of Fame and played professional basketball in Ireland for the Irish Basketball League (IBL).
